It's a 'screenshot' of the ending to her fanfic of the same title. Which I found rather touching. If you've read it, you'll understand what's going on.
Words don't really express the quality of the fanfic, but I'll say this. It's a well-written and thought out piece. The action is handled magnificently and has just the right pace. It's the end that'll get you though, especially if you're a sucker for sad endings like I am.

This is my first time drawing either of the pair, so they may look a bit. . . odd. . .
You can either look at this as Red (in what's supposed to be a jar, see the blueness, see the shines. . . it's really big one too) superimposed onto the background or Spyro superimposed onto the foreground.
Red fans, this is probably the only time you'll ever see him looking genuinely sad.
